Hyperobject 108: The Dreaming was first demonstrated as a proof of concept at Victoria’s Winter Arts Festival in 2024. The work invites audiences into a participatory field where sound and image become a shared condition rather than a fixed spectacle.
In 2025, the project continued as Hyperobject 108 – Fearless Futures at INDIGENOMICS IMPACT. It now forms part of Gossamer Thread, MOVE37XR’s year-long Indigenous and intercultural curatorial capacity-building initiative.

The 2025 prototype expanded the project’s invitation to imagine immersive media as a shared, culturally grounded future-making space. Within Gossamer Thread, it is held alongside Salish Sea Dreaming and Forest Awakening as connected research and development.
